I’m still a little gobsmacked that this is the life I get to have, and these are the books I get to write!
So, Star Wars Celebration was last week, and while I couldn’t be there in person, they let me write out some thoughts to share with everyone at the panel! Here’s a pretty solid play-by-play if you’d like to know what was discussed (also follow that account for a daily countdown to the book!).

Jen Heddle (who is brilliant and helped give me so important feedback for the book) spoke for me at the panel, and this is the quote that has me reeling:

Anyway, I could go on and on about the panel that I wasn’t even present for, but just know that when I saw in my acknowledgments that these are some of the best people ever to work for, I really, really mean it!

In Other Book News…
While I’m still reeling from the awesomeness of all the Star Wars stuff, I do have more book things in the works! Blood and Feathers will be released in print and ebook this summer, and the cover is being designed by the immensely artistic Jessica Khoury of Lizard Ink Studio. More on that soon!
I’ve also just released the latest episode of Museum of Magic. It’s shaping up to be delightful, and these last few chapters are all about either high-stakes action or near-kisses and building romance, creating the best sort of tension…plus there’s magic and portals and fae and more!
Meanwhile, I’m also working on the Crown Club—a weekly newsletter that announces each new episode of Museum of Magic as well as presents fun background info and giveaway prizes. You can sign up for the Crown Club here. I’m currently working on a major tarot-themed giveaway that will go out to every single person in the Crown Club for June. What I’m working on now…
Museum of Magic, a YA fantasy with witches and witch bottles. A new chapter every week. Available on Patreonand Kindle Vella. Subscribe to my Crown Club for weekly reminders of the new chapters posted on Sunday and to be entered in weekly give-aways! The book is currently about halfway done (in writer’s terms, that’s right at 50k words), and I’ve got a cover artist lined up for the final ebook!
The Princess and the Scoundrel—out in August!
Secret adult science fiction project: currently drafting: 81,000 words written, plot fully outlined, trucking along steadily, still in love with this one.
YA historical co-written fantasy: 🤐…but news coming soon! Draft is done and with an editor…
