How to Get it All
Like I mentioned above, there’s one store that is in the perfect storm—they have the shiny gold foil quote card + they’re on the tour stop to get the bonus goodies and signature + you can use the receipt to get the art print.
And that store is my local indie, Malaprops. Buying your copy from Malaprops means you get it all—you just need to also send the receipt you get from Malaprops in to Sourcebooks for the art print. What You Missed on Patreon This Month
As House of Hex nears its end, one of the funny inside jokes this novel has made has been the introduction of selkie mythology…and the way that autocorrect keeps changing selkie to selfie! With that pun in mind, I hired artist Hallie Bertling to illustrate a selfie-taking-selkie, and this little art card is going out to all Patreons in October!
This email is coming a little early this month, for all the Night of the Witch goodies, but over on Patreon, I’ve got plans for a new workshop video for writers, as well as tips on voice and more, and readers are getting to see the final scenes of the book as it starts to wrap up!
Tiers on Patreon are as low as $2 a month for readers and $5 a month for writers (who get the workshops and writer-focused elements). I’m currently sold out of the critique levels, but Patreons get first dibs when those coveted slots open up (and I’ll likely be adding more in the fall).
